These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Babeltoto online betting and live casino platform, accessible at babeltoto.cam (the "Platform" or "Website"), including all associated services, products, features, games, promotions, and customer support channels offered by or through Babeltoto.

Babeltoto is an English-language online betting platform operated under an international online gaming licence. The Platform is designed primarily to serve adult players residing in or accessing the service from Malaysia, including users based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions of Malaysia, subject to applicable local laws.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration on and use of the Babeltoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with Babeltoto or any other gambling platform that would prevent you from registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any misrepresentation, including false age declaration, constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must be the legal owner of, or be authorised to use, any payment method linked to your Account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of Babeltoto or any affiliated entity.

Babeltoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the Babeltoto Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (whether by shared identity documents, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address), Babeltoto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as appearing on your government-issued identification document)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Country of residence
• Contact number

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, all Players are required to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business hour of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Babeltoto processes personal data collected during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to such processing.

By accessing and using the Babeltoto Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You further agree to the following terms of use:

Babeltoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted payment channels currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players are advised to check the current payment options available in the cashier section of their Account.

From time to time, Babeltoto offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional offers to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion or bonus offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be authorised. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount.
• While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet cap applies per wager. The applicable cap will be stated in the offer terms; it is typically in the range of RM250–RM500 per round or per bet. Wagers exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Game-specific contribution rates are available in the promotion terms or on request.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant offer terms, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Babeltoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued by Players.
• Babeltoto reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Babeltoto Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., individual sports markets, live casino game rules) are available within the relevant game or market interface.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the Babeltoto Platform. Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account or making use of the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or if you are accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting errors in software, odds, or game mechanics to place bets at incorrect prices or to generate guaranteed profit ("arbing" against the Platform in a manner inconsistent with fair use).
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment method ownership during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus wagering requirements through structured betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus conditions rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, databases, or internal systems.

All content on the Babeltoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and brand elements, is the property of Babeltoto or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The Babeltoto name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of the Babeltoto brand in any form is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Babeltoto, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or commentary;
• Interruption, delay, or inaccessibility of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the use of your Account by an unauthorised third party where such use results from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• The outcome of any bet placed on the Platform, which is an inherently uncertain activity entered into voluntarily by the Player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Babeltoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling is a high-risk activity and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. You accept the Platform's services entirely at your own financial risk. Please only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

Babeltoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Self-exclusion request by the Player or mandatory exclusion triggered by responsible gambling protocols;
• Any conduct that Babeltoto reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Where an Account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination may be withheld pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at the email address listed in Section 16. Account closure requests submitted via support will be processed within one (1) business day.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Babeltoto holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Babeltoto relating to the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from our support team upon request.

Malaysian Law Disclaimer: Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over Babeltoto or disputes arising from its services. Players should not assume that Malaysian consumer protection or gambling legislation applies to their relationship with this Platform. Players accessing this Platform from Malaysia do so voluntarily and accept the governing law provisions set out in this clause.

Babeltoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to registered Players and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
